Gardening Scotland Information
Gardening Scotland is Scotland’s national celebration of gardening and outdoor living. If you want to find the best plants, catch the latest gardening trends, find a designer to transform your own garden or ask the experts about anything from growing vegetables to keeping bees, then this is the one Show that you won’t want to miss. This annual event offers an excellent business opportunity for agricultural machinery dealers and manufacturers to showcase their products in one prime location and to generate significant business amongst an audience demographic specifically interested in their merchandise. In addition to all of the major tractor & machinery dealers this show will also include a wide range of other exhibitors covering the whole of the farming spectrum, offering something for agri professionals and contractors alike. The opening hours will be scheduled specifically to cater for the busy farmer and contractor. Advance tickets for Gardening Scotland 2011 go on sale on 1st December at a reduced rate. Tickets will also be available to purchase on the gate. Advance tickets cost £14 for Friday and £12 for Saturday or Sunday. On the gate price is £16 for Friday and £14 for Saturday or Sunday. Children under 16 are admitted free of charge but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The 2011 opening times are Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Advance ticket holders can access the Show from 9.45am. There is a forward car park for disabled badge holders: the approaches will be fully AA signposted. Shopmobility will be situated next to the disabled car park and the entrance to Gardening Scotland. Wheelchairs and scooters can be booked with Shopmobility from the beginning of May 2011 by phoning 0131 557 4123.
